John F. Dolan
Mr. Dolan has over 25 years of experience as corporate and IP counsel for companies ranging from early-stage growth companies to fortune 500 companies. Mr. Dolan was an attorney and partner at the firm of Fredrikson & Byron for 12 years. Mr. Dolan currently advises early-stage and growth companies on all aspects of IP asset protection and corporate matters, as well as new technology development and commercialization, corporate development, secondary offerings, private equity and M&A and licensing transactions. Early in his career he was employed by government entities as a litigator, as well as employed by the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a patent examiner.
